Vice President of Strategy and Technology: Responsible for long-term strategic planning for the Project, especially in selecting and integrating advanced high-speed rail technology solutions.
Global Management and Technology Expert: Ensuring the Project’s operational structure meets strict international corporate governance, technology and safety standards.
President, CEO of Sowareen Solution: Leadership experience at large corporations will help optimize performance, minimize risks and boost the financial efficiency of the Project.
35 Years of Leadership Experience
Mr. Jurgen Czilinsky brings to Discovery Group 35 years of in-depth experience in the field of corporate governance and technology at large corporations around the world. This experience is a solid foundation for overseeing the complex components of the High-Speed Railway Project: “Investing in high-speed transport infrastructure requires a perfect combination of modern technology and effective management.
